5 Negotiation

We will approach the necessary third parties involved in the accident and do everything we can to avoid long, drawn-out court proceedings by suggesting and supporting alternative means of dispute resolution. If the Defendent denies reponsibility or is not willing to agree on terms outside of court, it is likely both parties will be required to settle matters in Court.

6 Litigation

If the Defendent does not admit complete/partial responsibility for the accident or will not take part in alternative means of dispute resolution, the matter will likely to to Court. We will use our connections with industry-leading medical experts experienced in medico-legal reporting to support your claim, which can have a major impact on the final outcome.

7 Settlement

If your case settles, we will draft a settlement agreement with the defendant and obtain your damages and costs. We may need to negotiate a payment plan with the Defendant and have systems in place to enforce any settlement agreement if the defendant does not pay on time.
